Thomas F. Quinn is a transactional and litigation business lawyer admitted practice in the State and Federal Courts of the State of Colorado. Mr. Quinn has successfully represented debtors, trustees and creditors in all aspects of bankruptcy and reorganization proceedings and has successfully represented third-party entities acquiring assets from bankruptcy estates and insolvent sellers. He has also structured informal work-outs and reorganizations and has advised secured creditors on the enforcement of obligations outside of formal court proceedings. Mr. Quinn has successfully represented clients in disputes and transactions arising in a variety of industry sectors, including, real estate finance and development, commercial finance, retail, broadcast, telecommunications hardware and software and international distribution of products. He has also represented Debtors, creditors, and asset purchasers in formal and informal liquidations, work-outs and reorganizations. He graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo as an undergraduate (1971), and was awarded a juris doctorate from that University's law school in 1974. Mr. Quinn is a member of the Denver, Colorado, and American Bar Associations, and the American Bankruptcy Institute. Mr. Quinn is also an adjunct professor of law at the University of Colorado, where he teaches a course titled "Business Transactions."
